Environment news : PLUS Compound Technologies Partners with Body Glove to Launch Eco-Friendly Product Line

NEWPORT BEACH, CA (September 18, 2013) – PLUS Compound Technologies (“PLUS”)(www.PLUSfoam.com), inventor of PLUSfoam® 100% recyclable material technologies for performance and comfort, today announced a partnership with Surf9 LLC, the official licensee of Body Glove International, (“Body Glove”) (www.bodyglove.com) to create a line of environmentally friendly footwear that is currently on display at industry trade shows and will be in retail stores for Spring 2014.

The collection includes the EcoZero Flex and Curve sandals that are made with PLUSfoam and are therefore 100% recyclable. “It is important to not only engage in more environmentally friendly manufacturing practices but also to educate the consumers and promote more environmentally friendly purchasing practices,” stated Body Glove Footwear’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Eli McGinty.
