Trade show : France, the future of electric boat, Plugboat show

The first World Congress of electric boats will be held in Nice on 10 and 11 October 2013. One hundred experts will gather to give a boost to the silent mode of transport and non-polluting .

"Already an established reality in some countries , power boats , however, are highly confidential in most cases . It is important to understand why and to find ways to promote this very promising market, "said Frederic Vergels , the organizer of the first World Congress on power boats, Plugboat .

For two days, experts from around the world will succeed to lead discussions and present their vision and market outlook.

Innovation will also be placed at the heart of trade with the presentation of numerous research and development. Besides Congress , six electric boats are expected in the port of Nice and realize demonstrations for visitors.

The Glisselec and ClassicPower companies will present their models and while the ECA will present a hydrogen- powered prototype.
