MONTREAL, Feb. 21, 2014 - Dorel Industries Inc. (TSX: DII.B
DII.A) today announced it has declared its regular quarterly dividend
of US$0.30 per share on the outstanding number of the Company's Class A
Multiple Voting Shares, Class B Subordinate Voting Shares and Deferred
Share Units. The dividend is payable on March 21, 2014 to shareholders
of record as at the close of business on March 7, 2014.
