INCIPIO® ANNOUNCES MULTI-TERRITORY LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH KATE SPADE NEW YORK FOR MOBILE DEVICE ACCESSORIES

IRVINE, CA –August 14, 2014  – Incipio®, the leading designer and manufacturer of award-winning mobile device accessories and technology, today announced a multi-territory, multi-year licensing agreement with fashion and lifestyle brand kate spade new york (NYSE: KATE) to produce a range of mobile device accessories.

 

This agreement builds on kate spade new york’s leadership in the category and allows Incipio® to manage the manufacturing and global distribution of the brand’s premium cases and portable charging solutions. The accessories complement a range of Apple, Samsung and Kindle devices, among others, and will be available in select countries beginning in August 2014.

 

Functional and stylish, the accessories feature kate spade new york’s signature designs including colorful patterns, bold colors and graphic prints.

 

Incipio will produce an extensive line of mobile device accessories that range in price from $40 to $100 and will be available in premium consumer electronic retailers and carrier locations.
