SET-UP AND DISMANTLING TIMES ISPO MUNICH 2015

Set-up
from Monday, February 2, 2015	08:00
until Wednesday, February 4, 2015	18:00
until Wednesday, February 4, 2015	20:00	(on the booth)

Please note:
Due to the date change for ISPO MUNICH 2015 the set-up period will unfortunately be shortened. (Monday, February 2, 2015, 08:00 until Wednesday, February 4, 2015, 18:00). Advanced set-up (from Saturday, January 31, 2015) can be requested for stands over 150m² by using the order form:

• Early stand setup (319 KB)

All delivery and stand-construction vehicles must be removed from the halls and from the open air site by 18:00, on the last day for setting up, February 4, 2014. Vehicles which are still in the halls or the outdoor exhibition area after these times will be removed by MMG at the risk and expense of the exhibitor concerned. Set-up must be finished by 18:00 at the latest.

Dismantling
from Sunday, February 8, 2015	17:00
until Wednesday, February 11, 2015	18:00

An extension of the dismantling periods is not possible.

If exhibits are removed or the stand is dismantled before the fair closes, MMG can demand that the exhibitor pay a contractual penalty of 500 euro.
