SMACK! Media Expands Team With Two New Senior Account Managers

Boutique Marketing and Public Relation(ship)s™ Firm Welcomes Joanna Murphy and Natasha LaBeaud Anzures as Senior Account Managers

San Diego, CA January 20, 2015: SMACK! Media, a boutique marketing and PR firm grounded in personalized attention and focused on authentic brands in sports, health and fitness, expands its team with the addition of Joanna Murphy and Natasha LaBeaud Anzures.

Having most recently worked as a freelance content, copywriting and marketing strategy consultant, Murphy contributes value to SMACK! Media’s growing client roster in need of branding, marketing strategy and PR support.  Prior to her time freelancing, Murphy was a Project Manager and Content Specialist for PUMA’s eCommerce Running Performance Footwear Team, and also worked on go-to market strategy for the Porsche Design Sport Team at Adidas.  An Economics and Finance Major from Linfield College, Murphy is her alma mater’s all-time record holder in the 3000m Steeplechase.  Murphy currently resides in Boston, MA and competes for the New Balance Boston Elite Track & Field Team.

A graduate of Georgetown University, LaBeaud-Anzures joins the San Diego SMACK! Media headquarters as a Senior Account Manager who will specifically focus on social media management, content creation and public relations campaign execution. While at Georgetown, Natasha earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Pre-Med and completed her Master’s Degree in Journalism and Advocacy. LaBeaud Anzures is also a competitive runner representing Brooks and Canada, who holds a 2:35 marathon PR and aims to qualify for the 2016 Olympics in the marathon.
