JACKSON, Wyo. (May 20, 2015) – Responsible down sourcing is a vitally important issue facing the outdoor industry and Stio, the Jackson Hole-based mountain apparel brand, will source 100 percent of its Fall 2015 down collection through ALLIED Feather & Down, meeting the textile industry’s Responsible Down Standard. The standard ensures that down feathers are sourced from responsibly raised birds and provides transparency for all aspects of the supply chain.

ALLIED Feather & Down has been providing some of the most recognizable brands in the outdoor industry with high quality, bluesign®-approved down for over 25 years. Stio joins a number of premium brands that are adhering to the strictest of down sourcing standards.
