DeMarini, makers of baseball, fastpitch and slowpitch bats, is
introducing a full line of men’s, women’s and youth apparel for baseball
and softball players.
“At DeMarini, we’re always thinking about ways to improve player
performance,” says Jim Hackett, general manager of DeMarini
Baseball/Softball. "We know that athletic apparel is a dime a dozen
these days. Our R&D guys spend 10 hours a day in the cage, and we
know baseball and softball better than anyone and we know the demands on
a player’s body are unique."
DeMarini Apparel is built for the
diamond and engineered in the cage. It is designed for a player whose
involvement in the game extends beyond the field. “For us, baseball and
softball is our life and for many of our players, they feel similarly.
This is for them,” says Hackett. Whether it’s during Game Day, Training
Day or Post Game, DeMarini has gear specifically designed to meet the
unique needs of male and female ball players. On and off the field, this
clothing lets the world know that your beast mode never shuts down.
The
highlight of the Game Day apparel offering is the DeMarini Swing Shirt –
an under uniform base layer that offers a relief and compression
design. The Swing Shirt was created specifically to work with a player’s
swing offering compression where you want it in the forearms, chest,
and back, but relief where you don’t to increase stretch and comfort.
Whether it’s the Swing Shirt or CoMotion Shirt, the Game Day line is
meant to be worn under a uniform to maximize Ball Player comfort,
mobility, swagger and performance.
For Training Day, one of the
highlights is the Yard-Work Shorts. Designed specifically for the latter
part of two-a-days, the lightweight stretch woven fabric provides
comfort and durability while the ballplayer-centric pockets and fit make
these shorts just as comfortable on the field as they do off. The
entire Training Day line is gear that promises to work just as hard as
you do to elevate your training around the clock.
For Post Game,
DeMarini Apparel doesn’t stop when the player leaves the field or cage.
DeMarini’s line also features a set of hoodies, t’s, hats, jackets and shorts that help elite baseball and softball players bring the swagger
they carry in the box out into the street.
