Business and retail : New Era launches revised store concept for Europe in Germany

New Era, the U.S. headwear company, is opening its second corporate store in Germany – the fifth in Europe – on Aug. 1.

The shop is located in MyZeil, a prestigious shopping mall in down-town Frankfurt, and has a selling surface of 250 square meters. The other European New Era doors are located in Berlin, London, Stratford and Birmingham.

The Frankfurt store has a completely new concept and is set be a model for future shops on the continent. It comprises a gaming zone and special spaces for the brand’s offer of licensed products for the Major League Baseball and the National Football League. In addition to the regular collection, New Era plans to highlight limited editions of special products, such as the 59Fifty Cap in crocodile leather with detailing by Swarovski.
