Trina Turk announced today the collaborative partnership with Manhattan Beachwear, Inc.
to design, manufacture, market and distribute the first exclusive Trina
Turk activewear collection. The collection, named Trina Turk
Recreation, will debut the Resort 2014 collection at Magic. Other
collections are scheduled for Spring and Summer 2014.
The partnership between Manhattan Beachwear, Inc. and Trina Turk is
long standing and has generated one of the most sought after and
recognized swimwear brands in the marketplace with Trina Turk Swim & Spa.
This new collaborative partnership will expand upon the success of the
swimwear business and introduce Trina Turk’s unique design aesthetic
into the active wear market. The Recreation Collection will be
comprised of tried and true active wear silhouettes infused with Trina
Turk’s unique design DNA. Key pieces include leggings, shorts, jackets,
sports bras, capri pants, and active tanks and tops. All items have a
high Lycra content with reinforced seams and inner construction for
superior fit and functionality. Trina Turk Recreation was designed to be
a true mix and match collection with pieces designed to be layered
together for style, function and comfort.
