A key part of the Product team, Fabito is responsible for leading the company’s efforts in developing, managing and maintaining the Eagle Creek product business unit and provide leadership and vision to drive product design innovation activities for the Eagle Creek brand. Providing dynamic, visible and inspirational leadership to positively impact business initiatives, direction, and vision for team and peers, Fabito will also be accountable for driving aggressive revenue targets and executing key business initiatives.
Fabito comes to Eagle Creek with over twenty years experience as a product and brand developer in the apparel, accessories, gear and travel products areas, creating brand equity and value for multiple organizations. Starting her retail career at Carroll Reed, the iconic New England ski-shop, Fabito’s experience includes management positions at Liz Claiborne, Spiegel and at Monterey Bay, where she grew the business 400% in three years. Additionally, she launched new licensed product collaborations with Disney, and Warner Brothers at Kmart, Toys R Us and multiple specialty and ecommerce retailers. Most recently she was Director of Merchandising and Design at a division of Orchard Brands.

Fabito grew up camping, hiking and skiing in Maine and has lived in Encinitas for 13 years where she spends her free time at local outdoor spots, in the water and traveling with her very active teenage sons.
