Stéphane Tenailleau has been announced Senior Manager, EMEA Consumer
and Channel Marketing for Canadian Gear Specialist Arc’teryx. The
42-year-old will be leading the eight-member EMEA consumer and channel
marketing team that has been based in the town of Garching, north of
Munich, since August 2014.
In the newly created role, Tenailleau will be responsible for
European brand marketing strategy and country-relevant programs as well
as activations for consumers, channel- and in-store contacts to elevate
the premium outdoor positioning of the brand.
He joins Arc’teryx with a strong background of experience across
fashion, sport and apparel. In his most recent role he oversaw the brand
re-launch at the French women’s fashion brand DDP. Previously, he has
spent nine years at Billabong Europe in several roles. His final
position was EMEA Communications Director.
Tenailleau is an avid surfer and snowboarder. He will work out of
Munich with his new team and will report into Adam Ketcheson, Senior
Director Marketing and B2C at Arc’teryx who comments, “I am happy to
