Denver, CO  (February 9, 2015) -- Turner Public Relations, Inc. (Turner PR) is growing.  The boutique public relations firm, specializing in social media, digital communications and public relations services for travel, tourism and real estate development clients as well as active lifestyle, outdoor and fashion brands, announces three new hires, expanding its lifestyle, travel & tourism and digital teams.

Katie Kulczyk joins Turner PR’s New York City office as Senior Account Supervisor. Katie has extensive experience working with top-tier celebs, athletes, artists and influencers, guiding them to deliver key messages in support of products and campaigns. She relocated from Buffalo, NY, where she led New Era’s sport and lifestyle business for several years. Prior to New Era, she was a regional publicist for Nike in Chicago and Los Angeles. A skilled strategist and activation expert, Katie will anchor several of Turner PR’s lifestyle accounts, including C9 Champion for Target and Sanuk.

Also joining Turner PR’s NYC office as Senior Account Executive, Megan Warner brings an extensive background in the hospitality industry, previously working with tourism boards and hotels around the world, as well as restaurants in New York. Most recently, she headed up the Cayman Islands Tourism Department account, among other clients. Megan’s passion for exploring new destinations makes her a valuable addition to Turner PR’s Travel & Tourism team.

In Denver, Tyler Wilcox joins Turner PR’s burgeoning digital team as Digital Content Producer/Copywriter. He spent several years developing digital and print content for Visit Denver, the Convention & Visitors Bureau, and his byline has appeared in such publications as Pitchfork, Aquarium Drunkard, 5280 and The Onion AV Club. At Turner PR, he’ll write and edit a wide array of content (blog posts, long form narrative, social media updates) for clients, helping to build brands and strengthen market presence.

In other Turner PR news, Michelle McCleod Duncan has been promoted to Vice President, Travel division. She will continue to provide leadership and strategic direction to a portfolio of travel clients, which includes luxury boutique properties and global hotel brands. Duncan has served as Turner PR’s senior director of travel for over five years, and has more than a decade of agency PR experience working with domestic and international luxury hotel clients.

Additionally, Alex Aberman has been promoted to Senior Media Manager, Active Lifestyle division. She will help manage strategic partnerships and earned media opportunities for Turner’s active brand portfolio including the cycling, snow, surf and modern outdoor categories.
