Slovenia-based boatbuilder Elan Yachts has named Constamarina Ida as its new distributor in Portugal.
The news comes not long after the company redefined its position in Germany, Australia and the UK, resulting in increased sales in 2013 for those regions.
“We believe that with the help of Constamarina we will be able to develop the brand further in this market and offer full support to existing Elan Yachts owners,” says Sean Langdon, Elan’s newly appointed sales and marketing director.
Founded in 1949, Elan is one of Slovenia’s leading producers of performance sailing yachts and cruisers. The company operates from a 16,000sq m facility in Begunje na Gorenjskem.
