Outlast® Technology Increases Performance Comfort in Outerwear

Golden, CO (January 31, 2014) -- Please join Outlast, leader in heat and moisture management, at the SIA Snow Show to see the newest developments in temperature regulating phase change materials (PCMs).

Originally developed for use in space suits at NASA, Outlast® technology is a PCM that works by continuously balancing the temperature in your base layers and outerwear, storing excess heat then returning it later when needed. By proactively managing skin temperature and maintaining temperature consistency, you can be as comfortable on the lift as you are coming down the mountain.

What: Live demonstrations of Outlast® technology’s heat management properties. A Hot/Cold machine will show how Outlast® proactively manages skin temperature; this interactive demonstration allows visitors to experience the technology firsthand.
When: January 30 – February 2, 2014
Where: Booth #S415
SIA Snow Show & Sourcing Show
Colorado Convention Center
Denver, CO
