Soybu Opening First Retail Store

Soybu, an active fashion woman’s performance and lifestyle apparel brand, will hold grand opening ceremonies at its first retail location in Denver on Wednesday.

One of many planned retail locations, the new Soybu retail store is located in Denver, CO at the Cherry Hills Marketplace on South University Boulevard near the new Trader Joe’s grocery store.

The new Denver-area store will feature many of the products available in more than 1,000 specialty stores In addition to a variety of new, unique designs. Additionally, the store will feature Gracie, a line of comfortable, fashionable clothes for girls sizes six to 14 that taps into the courageous and playful spirit of girls with an active lifestyle and minimal down time.

During the Grand Opening on Wednesday, February 19th Soybu will host a series of events from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Additionally, Soybu designers will be in attendance from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Finally, Soybu is hosting a VIP evening event for media, bloggers and special guests.

“We think active fashion should be durable, comfortable and figure friendly – it’s been key to our mission for almost two decades,” continued Schmitt. “We use recycled materials whenever possible so when a woman wears Soybu, she can trust that it will not only look beautiful, but it will last and be mindful of the environment.”

Soybu experienced significant growth this past year and is now in over 1,000 specialty stores and boutiques as well as major sporting goods chains, department stores, and select yoga and fitness studios. Soybu also expanded into international markets this past year including the Middle East, Canada and Japan.

The company, which is based in Denver, CO, says its performance apparel is designed and developed to move seamlessly between everyday activities without sacrificing quality or style.
