Eastern Mountain Sports Hires Binswanger to Market Old HQ Site

Eastern Mountain Sports, LLC has hired Binswanger to sell or lease its former headquarters site in Petersborough, NH, which it vacated last year after new owners consolidated its operations with that of Bob's Stores in Connecticut.

Binswanger has been named the exclusive agent for the sale or lease of a 126,000-sqare-foot facility at the 10-acre site located at One Vose Farm Road in Peterborough.

The building is comprised of 80,000 square feet of warehouse space; 36,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail space. The property is situated with frontage along Route 202, approximately three miles north from Peterborough center and in close proximity to State Route 101. Route 3 and I-91 are both within 40 miles of the site.

Binswanger is aggressively marketing the property to all warehouse users and corporate headquarters, retail apparel, textile mills, apparel, leather and allied products, wood, paper, printing, asphalt/roofing, chemical, plastics and rubber, nonmetallic mineral product, metals, machinery, electrical equipment/appliance/component, and furniture, as well as agriculture/forestry/fishing/hunting, mining, utilities, construction, wholesale trade, retail trade, transportation and warehouse, funds/trusts/other financial vehicles, waste management and educational, food and beverage service users.
