IRVINE, Calif-TAVIK® today announced it has been acquired by INCIPIO®, a leading mobile device accessory company headquartered in Irvine, California. The acquisition, fueled by an understanding that apparel and mobile accessories are converging as vehicles of self-expression, brings TAVIK® and INCIPIO® together under one roof, thereby streamlining operations and fostering creative synergy.

The two Southern California-based lifestyle brands are uniting their efforts to engage the active individual who is inspired by music, fashion and technology.
