Deckers Outdoor reported net sales increased 13.1 percent
in the second quarter, to $174.4 million compared to $154.2 million for
the same period last year. The addition of Sanuk and
direct-to-consumer growth offset a 0.3 percent dip in Ugg sales and a
15.4 percent drop at Teva. Its losses in the period expanded to $17.8
million, or 53 cents a share, from $6.7 million, or 19 cents, a year
ago.
