CARLSBAD, Calif. (Sept. 24, 2014) – COBRA PUMA GOLF (CPG) announced that Kristin Debany will be the company’s new Team Head of Apparel.  Debany, formerly Global Product Director of Performance Apparel at Oakley, will be responsible for the global product creation and innovation of PUMA’s golf apparel collections.

“We’re pleased to have Kristin join the PUMA Golf family,” said Bob Phillion, CPG President and CEO. “Her talent, experience and knowledge of our brand make for a fantastic combination.  Kristin will help ignite our global golf apparel business and drive our company’s strength in the marketplace.”

Debany served as the Sr. Product Line Manager at PUMA North America from 2008-2012 where she led the global apparel business including brand direction, design and innovation.  While at Oakley, Debany oversaw the significant growth of the golf, training, and women’s swim apparel businesses.

In conjunction with Debany’s new role, the PUMA golf apparel business will move from Boston to the CPG headquarters in Carlsbad, Calif enabling the brand to drive further synergies across the business.

Debany was raised in Philadelphia and graduated from Villanova University in 2001. Debany is an avid golfer and currently resides with her family in Corona Del Mar, CA.
