EORA’s summer trade shows in all regions are filling up fast,
with the Manchester, NH show (June 23-25), already at maximum capacity
with 222 booths and 305 different product lines to choose from. In
addition to the Northeast show, EORA hosts three additional shows in
June: Somerset, NJ (June 16-18), Greenville, SC (June 16-18), and
Lakeland, FL (June 23-24), each boasting increased participation over
previous years.
Creating extra buzz at the upcoming Manchester, NH show is veteran industry advisor and featured speaker, Julia Day. Based on an ongoing series of highly attended presentations at Outdoor Retailer, Ms. Day will dive into behaviors and mindsets that are driving Americans to communicate, recreate, and shop in new and different ways. “The U.S. Outdoor Consumer 2015” promises insights into the psychology of today’s consumer, and is presented by NPD Leisure Trends.
Coming up at the Greenville show, where pre-registered attendees are up over 50% from last year, EORA presents a retail seminar by noted footwear and apparel industry expert Marty Cohen. Mr. Cohen will speak about best practices around forecasting, and will use case studies to highlight how forecasting and open to buy planning can change the life of the outdoor retailer.
