BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. – June 16, 2014 – Octane Fitness, LLC, the leading brand of zero-impact cardiovascular equipment, was named one of the Top 100 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune
newspaper. Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in
the state based on employee opinions measuring engagement,
organizational health and satisfaction.
This year, more than 2,000
companies were invited to participate, and the analysis included
responses from more than 58,600 employees at public, private and
nonprofit organizations.
“What makes this award so meaningful is that it is based solely on
direct input from our team,” said Dennis Lee, president and CEO of
Octane Fitness. “We strive to foster a truly rewarding atmosphere at
Octane, and we thrive on teamwork, pursuit of excellence and a shared
vision – and this data underscores our success here.”
Octane was ranked 37th on the small company list, among small,
midsized and large businesses. WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, an independent
company specializing in employee engagement and retention, managed the
survey process and results analysis.
“The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces 2014 deserve
high praise for creating the very best work environments in Minnesota,”
