At the meeting, shareholders also reappointed KPMG LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as Dorel’s auditors, approved Dorel’s new general by-laws and adopted a special resolution authorizing an amendment to Dorel’s Articles so as to allow Dorel’s Board of Directors to appoint additional directors at any time, in conformity with the Québec Business Corporations Act.
