Outdoor 2015 will be opening Wednesday, July 15 and will close Saturday, July 18 . The 2014 session will be held as scheduled from Thursday, July 10 to Sunday, July 13 .
OutDoor Friedrichshafen breaks with tradition to open from Thursday to Sunday , introduced there over 20 years to create the show.
" Since the beginnning, OutDoor recorded a significant increase of its attendance, but especially concerning working days. This trend, we have responded by advancing the show ( 2015 Ed) a day to Wednesday , "says Klaus Wellmann , CEO of Messe Friedrichshafen .
The organizers have also decided to shift the 2015 session a week compared to the usual dates , "not too much progress towards the beginning , given the timing ," he adds . After ISPO Munich, Outdoor Friedrichshafen in turn moves the calendar, but for other reasons : ISPO noted the busy schedule of shows on the site of the exhibition in Munich in 2015.
OutDoor has also decided to open the last day for the general public , on the model of fair Eurobike cycle , also organized by Messe Friedrichshafen .
