Wednesday, December 18, 2013. The awards ceremony takes place at Outdoor Retailer Winter Market at the Salt Palace Convention Center on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 6 p.m. and is free and open to all attendees. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
