Business news :Acquired by Oaktree, Zodiac Milpro emancipated.

Investment fund Oaktree Capital announced Monday, Feb. 4 have acquired 100% stake Milpro Zodiac, a former division of Zodiac became a wholly owned subsidiary.

Headquartered in Paris with a factory in Wales, former Avon Inflatables, Zodiac Milpro markets RIBs from 4.7 to 12 meters under the brand Milpro Zodiac and Zodiac Hurricane (made in USA) for professional use (diving, offshore) and for police or military applications (commandos, coast guard ...).

Zodiac Milpro was separated in December of Zodiac Marine & Pool, branch Zodiac boat leisure with which it no longer has anything to do and that belongs to the fund OpenGate.
