Business people : Schoeller Technologies welcomes addition of Cricket Griesman

Schoeller Textil U.S.A. is proud to announce that Cricket Griesman will be expanding his role as Sales Manager to include Schoeller Technologies. Griesman has held the position of Sales Manager for Schoeller Textiles USA since 2008. He brings detailed knowledge of technical fabrics and fabric finishing technologies due to his close work with all of the Schoeller branches over the last five years as well as his previous work at Outdoor Research as a Materials Development Manager and Fabric Buyer for 10 years. “I am very excited to be able to put my background in technical textiles performance and applications to work to create new opportunities for Schoeller Technologies in the North American markets,” says Griesman. His expertise in high-tech textiles, from the chemistry to weaving to care of the final product is remarkable and makes him a great resource for all of the brands with which he works, both large and small. Schoeller Technologies AG, Switzerland will continue to provide support to the brands currently in development with technologies such as coldback®, 3XDRY®, NanoSphere®, ecorepel™, and energear™

Mr. Griesman will continue as Sales Manager of Schoeller Textiles USA in addition to his new responsibilities as Sales Manager of Schoeller Technologies for North America.

Mr. Griesman will be taking over for Deborah Richert, who has been the Sales Manager for Schoeller Technologies in North America for the last five years. “Ms. Richert played an important role in the structuring of Schoeller Technologies in the North American market. Although she will be missed, we wish her only the very best,” Said Tom Weinbender, President of Schoeller USA. “I am happy to extend a very warm welcome to Mr. Griesman in his new role. His background and knowledge of the business will be a big benefit to existing and future customers.”
