Each year, this award is given to regional sales representatives that excel at various criteria including responsiveness to dealers, connection with sales staff and quality training. All snow sports reps are eligible for this award. Dealers from each region vote for the rep they believe best fits these criteria.
Stephan Dargis earned the high recognition for his exemplary work in the Canadian province of Quebec. He began working with Atomic in 1984 as a college student. Dargis said, “30 years of hard work, plus working with great people and the best ski brand in the world has got me here today. The other thing that brings the most enjoyment of my job is the interaction between me and my dealers.”
After serving 30 years in the outdoor industry and 25 years with Atomic in the United States’ Midwest territory, this is the fourth time Tom Blair has received the award. Previous years include 2009, 2010 and 2011. “It’s nice to be considered by my dealers as one of their premier reps,” Blair said.
Blair works with dealers in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.

“When I call Kent, he’s on it,” said Brian Good of Buckman’s ski and snowboard shop in Pennsylvania. “He handles everything right away and does a great job training my staff on the product.”
Blair, Fried and Dargis were recognized at a ceremony at the recent 2014 SIA Snow Show in Denver, Colorado.
