Performance Health Acquires Bon Vital

Performance Health, manufacturer and marketer of TheraBand, Biofreeze, Perform, Cramer and Hygenic branded products, acquired Bon Vital', Inc., a manufacturer of topical products serving the massage therapy and spa professions. Bon Vital' was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Hartland, Wisconsin.

Thomas Heidenberger will continue in a key commercial leadership role within the Performance Health organization, partnering closely with Lynda Solien-Wolfe, who is being promoted to Vice President, Massage and Spa. The Company will continue to operate out of its Hartland, Wisconsin facility.
