Shirley Justice has been appointed General Manager Global Sourcing at sportswear brand Puma effective
April 1st. In the newly created position Justice is based at Puma’s
Asian headquarters in Hong Kong and reports to Chief Financial Officer
Michael Lämmermann for a transitional period until a new Chief
Operational Officer (COO) has been appointed.
The 43-year old
will be responsible for all of Puma’s Footwear, Apparel and Accessories
sourcing activities globally. In this capacity, she will review and
harmonize Puma’s sourcing strategies in order to enable synergies and
optimization across Puma’s global supply chain in line with the
company’s transformation program.
Shirley Justice brings with her
25 years of international experience in sourcing and supply chain
related positions. Before joining Puma, the US-American has held leading
sourcing and supply chain positions at Nike for 13 years, most recently
as Director Sustainable Manufacturing & Sourcing Materials. Prior
to this, she worked in the logistics, trade and supply chain service
industry.
The position of the COO has been unoccupied since Klaus
Bauer left Puma at the end of 2012. In December 2012, CEO Franz Koch
and Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSO) Reiner Seiz announced their
resignation from the company.
