The new Trail Performance, Raja Trainer, and Gavilan Moccasin greatly expand the B2R product line.
Alpharetta, Georgia February 19, 2014
The revolutionary footwear company B2R formally announced today the
expansion of their shoe line with the addition of three new models. All
three of the new models feature the distinctive split-toe design that
their Road Performance shoe boasted in early 2012. It is a continuation
of the philosophy that the foot is already perfect. B2R claims to
“reject the idea that a shoe should be designed to change your foot’s
function.” Each of the new models were built to allow the foot to work and perform naturally by separating the big toe, allowing it to articulate, and by providing balance and power.
Co-founder and Born to Run coach Eric Orton had the following to say about the new models: “The Trail Performance is multi-purpose to run long or short trails, build strength, power, and endurance naturally.
The Raja Trainer was created for the gym, practice field, or for strength runs and drills. Lastly the Gavilan Moccasin is a performance shoe disguised as a trendsetting casual shoe.”
The product descriptions of each new line as listed on http://www.born2run.com are listed below:

About B2R
The B2R movement began when Eric Swartz, an Ironman triathlete, runner, and entrepreneur from Atlanta Georgia read Chris McDougall’s book Born to Run. After suffering multiple running injuries, Swartz reached out to the Born to Run coach Eric Orton. Together the two developed a training system that implemented shoes, strength training, run programs, and nutrition. This B2R system is dedicated to the proposition that with the proper run training and footwear, everyone can boost their performance and experience the joy of running. B2R was founded in 2009, and is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
