IIC - INTERSPORT International Corporation (IIC) is pleased to announce that Franchise Agreements were signed for its retail banners INTERSPORT and The Athlete’s Foot with Great Way SARL for the territory of Algeria.
Great Way SARL is a retail company based in Algiers, which manages a portfolio consisting of a number of prestigious brands in sports and fashion retail. Currently, the company operates more than 35 stores under the banners Lufian, LC Waikiki, and Tekbir. By the end of 2015, the company will convert existing Parcours and CitySport to 3 INTERSPORT and 5 The Athlete’s Foot stores. In 2016, the company plans to open 3 new INTERSPORT stores and 5 The Athlete’s Foot stores across Algeria.
In 2013, Great Way SARL had 286 employees and for 2016 the number of stores is planned to increase to 50.
