The new NCAA Authentic Collectibles Line will feature nearly 300 different helmets from nearly every major NCAA FBS and FCS school in the country. That list includes the ever-growing “alternate” helmet market, in which schools introduce new helmets to wear for one game, a season or a special event.
“Alternate helmets have taken over college football,” said Brad Haley, Business Unit Manager of Schutt Collectibles. “The collectible helmet market has never been as ramped up as it is now with all of the alternate helmets hitting the field. We’ve been able to license nearly all of the new alternate helmets, as well as add additional schools to our authentic line of collectibles. No one has ever produced a line of helmet collectibles like our 2014 line of NCAA Authentic Collectibles.”
Schutt Collectibles’ line will feature:
• 10 helmets for the University of Oregon
• 10 helmets for Texas Tech
• 8 helmets for Rutgers
• 6 helmets for Notre Dame
• 7 helmets for Virginia Tech
• 7 helmets for Baylor
• 6 helmets for TCU
• 5 helmets for North Carolina
And over 200 more for nearly every major NCAA school playing football. The line features an Authentic helmet (which is identical to the helmet used on the field), a Replica helmet (same as the authentic but without an internal padding set), as well as a mini helmet and a Schutt exclusive product, the Mini Helmet Desk Caddy.
Schutt Collectibles are sold through a nationwide network of retailers, team dealers and they’re also sold online at www.schuttstore.com.
