Cypress, CA (March 12, 2015) – Vans, the original action sports footwear and apparel brand is pleased to announce the promotion of Lance Eddy to the Director of Sales overseeing the core footwear channel.
Eddy began his career with Vans in 1997 as a Sales Rep for specialty accounts. In 2006, he went to Emerica where he worked as a National Sales Manager handling key and core accounts for the brand. Eddy returned to Vans in 2010 and for the past five years has acted as a Key Accounts Manager contributing to the growth of the lifestyle business for Vans.
“Lance has been instrumental in helping our brand reach and exceed our sales goals,” said Henry Cosio, Vice President of US and Mexico Sales for Vans. “I am confident that Lance will continue to grow our business as well as lead our exceptional team within the core footwear channel.”
In his new role, Eddy will drive strategic direction in product and marketing stories with core accounts, oversee distribution and continue to foster relationships across the core channel.
