Green Automotive Company’s Subsidiary GoinGreen Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with US Motorcycle Manufacturer

RIVERSIDE, CA – January 23, 2014 – Green Automotive Company (OTCQB: GACR), announced today that its UK subsidiary GoinGreen (www.goingreen.co.uk) has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for the UK market with the American electric motorcycle manufacturer Brammo.

Brammo Inc. is a leading electric motorcycle technology company headquartered in North America.

The company designs and develops electric motor bikes including the award winning Enertia and Empulse R and are the 2013 North America, FIM eRR World Cup Champions. Brammo is an OEM supplier of its innovative Brammo Digital Drivetrain systems including the Brammo Power battery pack and Brammo Power vehicle management system.


GoinGreen, GAC’s retail business, who pioneered electric vehicles in the UK 10 years ago, has started to enlarge its product portfolio in 2013 by launching the electric urban city car, the Mia, a range of electric commercial vehicles as well as electric bicycles. With the addition of the Brammo electric motorcycle, GoinGreen is strengthening further its product offer and follows its strategy to become the one-stop shop for all electric transport solutions.
