NEW YORK, Dec. 5, 2014-- Milk, a content, creative and media company that stands at the intersection of fashion, music, photography, art and film, announced today a collaboration with Burton Snowboards, the world's leading snowboard company.

The collaboration includes a limited edition technical bonded hoodie featuring a custom silhouette and the F Stop backpack designed specifically for professional photographers. The F Stop backpack includes specialized compartments for camera equipment and is lined with photos from MilkMade.com, Milk's online editorial platform.

"After years of friendship and collaboration, it seems only fitting to be working on a project with Burton specially made for rule breakers and risk takers," says Mazdack Rassi, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Milk. "We are thrilled to be working with Burton, a brand that is aligned with Milk's core principles and values."

"Over the years, Rassi has become an incredibly good friend," said Jake Burton, Founder & Chairman of Burton Snowboards. "We've had some fun times hanging and working together in New York, but even more fun riding together in the mountains of Vermont and Colorado. The man is passionate about snowboarding and it rubs off. So working with Rassi and Milk on this project has been a privilege, especially on the limited edition F-Stop pack because it's the go-to pack for all snowboard photographers. It changed the game so to speak, and with Milk's input and modifications we're working to achieve the same performance for fashion photographers."

Milk has hosted Burton's seasonal showcases and press previews for years, including Burton's 2015 Winter Showroom event this past June.

The limited edition hoodie will be sold exclusively at Burton's flagship store at 106 Spring Street starting on Friday, December 5th.
