Julbo USA Welcomes Crothers & Lucrezi to Marketing Staff
Crothers joins Julbo as the US Marketing Manager, overseeing web communication and new marketing initiatives. He comes to Julbo from Backcountry Magazine where he did stints as the publication’s Digital Manager and Photo Editor.
The founder of the New England-based Climberism online magazine, Crothers brings a clear understanding of digital publishing trends along with serious mountain experience. “I’m very excited about coming on board,” Crothers said of his new position. He continued, “The dedication and passion Julbo has for the mountains and the outdoors aligns with my devotion as well. The fact that Julbo has top-tier athletes representing the brand around the world just proves that the product they make is the best of its kind. I am honored to have the opportunity to help the brand continue its growth within North America and introduce people to a product that I use and believe in.”
Gina Lucrezi joins Julbo as the Julbo Visionaries and Events Coordinator. Lucrezi, a national-caliber ultra athlete, has been a Julbo Visionary since 2011 and will continue to compete in trail running events. “Gina is an amazing person with an ability to connect to most people,” Yardley explained, “She will be the primary point person to manage our ambassadors or Julbo Visionaries and will travel to events to spread the Julbo word.” Lucrezi will be based out of Boulder, Colorado, providing a western point of contact for the Vermont-based Julbo USA.
