Trade Shows : from Friday, December 7 (Professional Day) opens at Paris, "Le Nauitque"( Boat Show )

With more than 240,000 visitors in 2011 and as expected this year, the Salon Nautique International de Paris ranks among the first indoor salons worldwide and presents itself as the only show of this level to be organized in a big city.

 
Nautic is one of the biggest shows in Paris, behind the Paris Auto Show and Agriculture. Atypical geography, but also by its broad content, it returns the image of an exemplary industry, supported by a strong and passionate French market.

 
Global showcase of nautical industries, Nautic, nearly 810 exhibitors representing 1400 brands, 800 boats including nearly 200 new. These boats are motor for 55% of them and 45% for sailing. The room also has 300 different craft (canoeing, windsurfing ...). The exhibition area in 2012 more than 130 000 m². 


Visitors to the Salon Nautique International de Paris are two-thirds of men, professional people. 33% are between 30 and 50 years and younger than 20 years account for 20% of admissions in 2011. If two-thirds of the boaters assets, Nautic hosted in 2011 nearly 80,000 neophytes came to discover boating. The organizers also expect about 1,300 journalists from across Europe, based on the accreditation already registered. 

The largest public boat is exposed Bordeaux 60 from CNB is 18.60 m. 
The biggest boat race is the VOR 70 Nautic Franck Cammas - Groupama 4 with a length of 21.50 m and a weight of 14 tons. 
The heaviest Boat is 12 M JI France 1 of America's Cup, a DE19 length, 07 m and displacing 27 tons.
The smallest boat is the Optimist Vapor lily, long 2.35 m for 35 kg. 
The most unusual is probably the Tiwal, new foldable inflatable dinghy 3,20 m long and less than 40 kg, standing in two backpacks.

 
Last but not least, for more than 15 days, nearly 9,000 people work on different booths and more than 250 people are involved in the organization and logistics of the Nautic ...
