Erlick joined The North Face in January 2005 as a director of sales for the West, apparel and equipment, and has played an instrumental role over the past eight years scaling The North Face wholesale growth in the U.S. His contributions have been a significant part of the overall success of the business, from developing lasting relationships with top key accounts to cultivating growth strategies for the brand’s pinnacle outdoor, run and ski specialty dealers.
Erlick received a Bachelor of Arts in both business/economics and psychology from UCLA in 1986.
