Faction Skis©
Verbier, Switzerland (January 27, 2015) -- Since 2006, The Faction Collective, have been committed to designing and manufacturing the finest skis and apparel possible.

Faction’s products are the result of who they are as people: a mix of European dedication to detail and decades of mountaineering history: a North American sensibility of freedom of expression: and an Antipodean touch of style.

Faction, believe that by applying innovative design solutions to traditional manufacturing techniques they can make better products for skiers everywhere.  Ten years on, Faction are along way from where they started but their manifesto remains the same.

Design the skis they want to use.
Handcraft them with love.
Build them to last.

For 2015/16, with three apparel collections behind them, Faction’s outerwear is more refined, versatile and innovative than ever before.

The Faction Lab Series has been designed to perform.  Totally redeveloped no detail has been left to chance; from refined fits to upgraded fabrics you are looking at a whole new line.  Pieces that will appeal to the dedicated mountain man through to the style conscious backcountry freestyler, the upgraded Lab series will stand out against the competition.

Each piece in the extended Men’s Lab series is now mirrored by a women’s piece; built with the conscientious female skier in mind who demands top performance coupled with superior style.

The Faction Elemental series just got interesting.  Redefining the lower performance bracket by bringing in a whole new story, so that it no longer competes with big brands but stands alone in a unique category.  Street styled outerwear that performs in the mountains but will be worn all year long on the city streets.  New XERO fabric technology has allowed Faction to improve not only on mountain performance but fit and feel, creating a line that is unlike anything else in the market right now.

Elemental Series Jacket Highlight MENS:

The Hudson riding shirt with a combination of Xero2 and Xero3 fabric is a hard working.
For days when a jacket on the mountain is overkill, or for meeting up with a Tinder match at the local café, don the Hudson Riding shirt. This is not your average mountain-man flannel shirt; a combination of Xero2 and Xero3 fabric works to keep your shoulders dry and warm while your body stays dry and cool. A shirttail hem, snap or zipper closure and a quilted feel make you street or mountain ready in a flash.

Elemental Series Jacket Highlight WOMEN’S:

The Popova jacket is a real crossover piece that harks back to the pullovers of our youth.  With a colour palette that goes from 80’s pop to muted neutrals, the cotton fabric feel, longer length and oversized hood feels street savvy, whilst the Xero2 technology 8,000mm/5,000br ensures performance on the mountain.

Elemental Series Pant Highlight WOMEN’S:

The Bly pant has a progressive fit that is modern and stylish, the fleece backing is incredibly soft and comfortable and 4-way stretch of the Xero3 10,000mm/10,000br fabric allows ease of movement whilst protecting against the elements.
