Boston, MA, Jan 13, 2015 -
Forsake, creators of all-weather Sneakerboot footwear that blends comfort, performance, and style through functional design and practical technology, is building on the success of the brand’s inaugural winter season with two new Fall/Winter 2015 styles as well as color expansion in their most popular styles.

“As Forsake continues to grow, we recognize the importance of building our brand categories,” says Jake Anderson, Forsake CEO. “Starting with the Fall/Winter 2015, Forsake footwear will be defined as All-Weather or Casual. The All-Weather collection features boots with waterproof/breathable membranes, premium materials, and rugged hardware components. By contrast the Casual collection features lower-cut or non-waterproof styles that focus on breathability and water-resistance. True to our brand ethos, both All-Weather and Casual styles deliver rugged outdoor performance with everyday wearability.”

New styles for the Fall/Winter 2015 season include:

Forsake All-Weather Lockout (MRSP $139)

Co-branded with Woolrich, the Lockout features Made in USA Woolrich wool uppers for durability, breathability as well as odor and water repellency. The Lockout incorporates Forsake’s latest functional design innovation, High & Dry Laces, which uses imbedded magnets within the collar of the boot to keep laces off the ground, even without tying them. Additional notable features include Ortholite footbed, gusseted tongue, compression EVA midsole, composite shank, Peak-to-Pavement™ outsole and TPU heel stabilizer. Colors: Camel/Red (pictured), Grey/Cobalt and Black/Maize

Forsake Casual: Pilot II (MSRP $119)

The Pilot II is a mid-height, waterproof boot featuring a premium, nubuck leather upper. The Pilot II Ever-DRI™ membrane keeps you dry and comfortable in adverse conditions. A compression EVA midsole and composite shank improve rebound for long-lasting comfort, while a Peak to Pavement outsole grips slippery or loose surfaces. Colors: Black/Acid (pictured) and Mocha/Yellow.

“We've put our stake in the ground with all-weather sneakerboots and we're excited to see Forsake's product line evolve with the Lockout and Pilot II,” added Anderson.

Forsake’s Fall/Winter 2015 collection will debut later this month at Outdoor Retailer (Booth VO11) in Salt Lake City, Utah and will be available to consumer’s August 2015.
