(Lawrence, Mass.) - Polartec, the premium provider of
innovative textile solutions, announces the release of two videos
highlighting its product development work with Aspen-based brand Strafe.
“The Lunch Lap” follows Pete Gaston, Strafe co-founder, and Whit
Boucher, Strafe marketing director, as they run out of Strafe
headquarters at the base of Aspen Highlands to test the breathability of
their new Polartec NeoShell outerwear, the Cham Jacket and Pant, on a
Highland Bowl hotlap.
The Strafe Polartec Apex Award Designer Series video, to be
released December 15, provides a closer look at the Cham Jacket and Pant
as winners of the 2014 Polartec Apex Design Award, which recognizes the
finest Polartec-based products available to consumers each year based
on style, function, workmanship, and overall design of garments with the
most innovative and appropriate uses of Polartec fabrics.
The Winter 2015 Strafe collection, now available, features the
following products developed in close collaboration with Polartec:
Made of Polartec NeoShell, the most breathable waterproof fabric on the market, the Cham Jacket and Cham Pant is
the lightest Polartec NeoShell kit on the market, providing a unique
