Stefano Caroti leaves PUMA at his own request for family reasons, effective 31 December 2014. The Administrative Board of PUMA accepts this request of the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with great regret.

The Administrative Board thanks Stefano Caroti for his long standing high engagement and his successful service. For his future, PUMA wishes Mr. Caroti all the best and furthermore much success. The Kering group and Mr. Caroti remain on cordial terms with each other after the resignation of Mr. Caroti.

The responsibilities of the Chief Commercial Officer on board level are being taken over by Chief Executive Officer Bjørn Gulden, effective 1 January 2015.
