New Zealand manufacturer, specializing in merino wool products, opens Thursday, September 6, Annecy, his second independent store in Europe in collaboration with blind Travel SARL, already a partner of his shop in Chamonix.

Established five years on the French market and present in more than 200 dealers, the brand hopes to increase its exposure and consumer awareness.

Founded in 1994 in Wellington, the company describes itself as "the first in the world to develop a merino layer for the outdoors" and as "the first manufacturer in the world to be supplied directly from the producers of merino system introduced in 1997 and providing farmers a stable income and a high quality wool. "

Very involved in sustainable development, ethical production and animal welfare, the company has launched in 2008 the "BAACODe", "to the transparency of the production chain including a traceability program."

The French subsidiary of the company was created in 2007 in Annecy-le-Vieux. It is now present in 220 stores, mostly outdoor and mountain experts.
