Product news: Skullcandy Partners With Harold Hunter Foundation On 100 Special Edition Aviators

Skullcandy has partnered with the Harold Hunter Foundation (HHF) to release 100 Special Edition Aviators featuring photography from well known skate photographer Giovanni Reda.

The limited edition headphones have custom caps, full custom packaging and will be sold through Skullcandy.com, Theberrics.com and in store/online through NYC skate shop SHUT (http://www.shutnyc.com/).

The HHF Aviator headphones are priced at $199 and hand numbered (1-100). ALL proceeds from headphone sales go directly to the Harold Hunter Foundation. In addition, Skullcandy will also be sponsoring Harold Hunter Day on October 12th at the LES Skatepark in NY where the skate community young and old will gather to pay homage to the legend, Harold Hunter.
Harold Hunter was an iconic and legendary NYC skateboarder who came from nothing and had the opportunity to see the world because of his skateboard. He had limitless potential, but died tragically in 2006. Harold was just one of a number of NYC skateboarders of his generation whose lives came to a tragic end.

The Harold Hunter Foundation (HHF) formed in 2007 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, grassroots, skateboard community based organization whose fundamental goal is to provide a network of support, resources, and advocacy for NYC skateboarders so that they can reach their full potential as skateboarders and as people.

By press release.
